- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons (60mL) Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 250g button mushrooms
- Parsley for garnish
24 hours marinating
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
- Place mushrooms in a non-metallic dish, pour mixture over, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
