Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons (60mL) Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 250g button mushrooms
  • Parsley for garnish
24 hours marinating
Method: 
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place mushrooms in a non-metallic dish, pour mixture over, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
