Oysters with Soy and Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (40mL) Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5mL) rice vinegar
  • Juice of one lime
  • 12 fresh oysters, on the half shell

Method

  1. Place sauce and vinegar in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Place oysters on individual serving plates and drizzle over the dressing.

Variation: Replace Soy Sauce with Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade
