TERMS AND CONDITIONS

METHOD OF ENTRY
  1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand and are 18 years of age or older, except employees and contractors of Kikkoman Australia Pty Ltd, their agencies or any member of their immediate family.
  3. The competition commences at 12.00am (EST) on 10th April 2013 and closes at 11.59pm (EST) on 24thApril 2013.
  4. The competition is a game of skill with chance not being part of the winner selection.
  5. An entrant may enter a promotion by completing the entry form on the website at http://www.kikkoman.com.au/index.php?menu=KIKKOMAN%20KITCHENS&submenu=Competitions&competitionid=13and submitting the entry form to the promoter (by selecting the "register" button) during the promotion period (as specified in point 3).
  6. Incomplete registrations are void.
  7. The top ten complete entries deemed to be the best response, will each win one Kikkoman branded Apron valued at $29.95inc GST.
  8. The recipe deemed the best from the top 10 will be produced by the Kikkoman Kitchen team and professionally photographed and published on www.kikkoman.com.au.
  9. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD $299.50 (including GST).
  10. Buy entering the competition you are agreeing to receive email correspondence from Kikkoman Australia relating to the company, it’s products, recipes, events and future competitions. You may opt-out to receive this correspondence at the bottom of any emails received from Kikkoman Australia.
  11. The promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability and merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes, except as required by law.
  12. Winners will be selected at 12.00pm on the 28th April 2013 at Kikkoman Australia Pty Limited, 123 Arthur Street North Sydney NSW 2060.
  13. Winners will be notified by email and phone the next working day following the Draw.
  14. The name and suburb of each winner of a Draw will be published in the next Kikkoman Kitchens E-mail issued and on the Kikkoman.com.au website.
  15. The promoter does not represent or warrant that this site will be accessible without interruption or that this site, any materials on this site, or the server that makes this site available are free from errors, defects, design flaws or omissions, or from viruses or other harmful components. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any E-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof. Any material and or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Kikkoman Australia site is at the entrants own discretion and risk and no responsibility will be taken for damage to the entrants computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and or data.
  16. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate access to the e-club competition and or other services provided by the promoters.
  17. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  19. In the event that any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Subject to state regulation.
  20. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the prize.
  21. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained, to person or property (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in any way related to this competition, or using or participating in, the prizes.
  22. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who involved in the tampering of the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  23. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation of transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
  24. All personal information collected by the promoter in relation to this competition will be handled in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.
  25. The promoter is Kikkoman Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 60 089 579 279) of 123 Arthur Street North Sydney NSW 2060. The promoter reserves the right to use winner’s names, addresses and photographs for promotional purposes. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
