Steamed Teriyaki Fish

Ingredients

  • 1x salmon fillet
  • 1 teaspoon mirrin
  • 2 teaspoons Kikkoman Thick Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1/2 tablespoon green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, thinly julienned

Method

Place fish on plate and sprinkle with mirin. Spread Kikkoman Thick Teriyaki Marinade on fish, then sprinkle with onions and ginger. Place plate on steamer tray, cover and steam for about 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
