Marinating all types of
food such as meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables,
not only adds wonderful flavour and aroma, but helps
tenderise too, especially if you’re barbecuing,
grilling, roasting or stir-frying.
|
The consistency of our
Marinades has been specially developed to
allow maximum flavour topenetrate the food you’re
marinating. Some other marinades are so thick they
tend to coat the outside of the food without adding
much flavour where it counts – on the inside.
So when you compare our consistency with some others,
you’ll understand why ours is thinner.
> Pat meat
dry with paper towels before cooking. This helps
prevent burning and charring.
> For extra flavour, brush meat with marinade during cooking.
> For a quick marinade, marinate for only 20 minutes
> For an even deeper flavour, marinate food in refrigerator for 4 hours,
or overnight.
> Always use a non-metallic dish, but avoid soft plastic or rubber containers
that pick up odours.
> Always discard marinade after use. Do not re-use.
Kikkoman Marinades are made from a base of our Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce and
contain NO ARTIFICIAL COLOURS OR FLAVOURS. |
